1. Contract

The Duallist website is operated by SmartBeats. By placing an order through this website, you are entering into a contract with SmartBeats.

2. Seller’s Right to Cancel

SmartBeats reserves the right to cancel any order within 14 days of purchase for any reason. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at team@duallistdrums.com within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a return and refund 

The refund will be for the product only and there will be no refund for shipping charges or duties and taxes incurred by the buyer 

Do not return the item to the address on the package. We will provide the correct return address for your country once you get in touch.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Please remove the beaters and wrap them separately from the pedal to prevent damage. If you have multiple pedals (such as D2, D3, or D5), also remove the connecting rod and wrap it separately to avoid scratching.

Use cardboard as a divider between wrapped components and place all items securely in the box.

If items are scratched or damaged due to poor packaging, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount.

If you need help with packaging, we are happy to assist.

In the unlikely event that a pedal or drum is faulty, we will either:
– Provide a replacement part
– Undertake a repair
– Replace the item under warranty

4. Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on Duallist pedals covering all main components. This excludes wear-and-tear parts such as:
– Belts
– Beaters
– Springs
– Signage

Accessories and consumables will only be replaced if defective due to manufacturing faults.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us with a clear photo of the fault and your purchase details.

5. Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched via post, DHL, or similar carriers.

UK orders typically arrive in 7 to 10 working days, but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.
International orders generally arrive within 10 to 14 days, but please allow up to 21 days.

To reduce our environmental impact, we may remove retail outer packaging prior to shipment.

For smaller items such as Gig Grips, UK and international shipments are made via Royal Mail. For USA orders, we use USPS.

Tracking may not be available for certain services.

If your order has not arrived within the timeframes listed above, please notify us so we can investigate.

UK and EU prices include VAT
Orders delivered to countries within the European Union will not incur additional import duties or customs clearance fees on delivery.

For destinations outside the UK and EU, local taxes, import duties, and customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any local taxes or duties charged by the destination country.

6. Customer Conduct

Our customer service team is here to help and resolve any concerns professionally and fairly. We expect all interactions to remain respectful and constructive.

We will not tolerate verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation toward our team. Any such behaviour may result in communication being terminated and, in some cases, cancellation of the order or refusal of future service.

7. Privacy Policy

We do not share your personal information with any third parties except:
– With staff or service providers acting as data processors on our behalf
– If required by law

We may log usage data including IP addresses to help improve our service.

We currently do not use cookies but may implement them in the future to improve your browsing experience.

Payment processing is handled securely via PayPal or other approved processors. We do not store, write down, or retain customer financial information at any time.

When using PayPal’s Virtual Terminal, your details are processed only for the duration of the transaction and are not recorded or stored.
